The reservation process is initiated by sending a booking request once you have chosen a desired apartment on our website. At this point we will check the availability of the apartment which especially in high season is very dynamic, or help you find an apartment other than the ones we have listed. Once this is cleared, you will pay a booking deposit in the amount of 25% from the price of your stay, using the secure online payment option provided by PayPal. For bookings of 3 days and less, deposit amount equals the amount of a daily price for given period. This makes your reservation official.

Once you're at Split, you can contact the owner of the apartment if you have any problems. In some cases, the owner can meet you at the bus or train station, airport or ferry port, depending on your choice of transportation. If you're driving to Split or you can find your way to the accommodation on your own, he will meet you at the apartment, where you will exchange keys.

Arrival time is after noon, and departure is time is by 11 AM. Included in the price of the apartment are: water, electricity and gas usage. Also, every apartment has linen and towels at your disposal. Cleaning up after your departure is included in the price. Current price is always displayed on the website.

Of course, our stay in Split was pleasant and nice, as were our previous vacations here. We were pleased with our accomodation, everything was exactly as you said, and showed us on your website. I'm sorry I didn't have time for coffe, but I would like to make up for that to you and Mate some other time. I look forward to hopefully seing you again in september.

Our apartment was situated on the third floor in a rather new building just by the sea. It was very clean and nice decorated. From the fantastic, very private terrace (45 sqm), we had a awesome view over the ocean, the island Brac and the beach. We spent 6 nights in the apartment. It was very quiet. We had no disturbance at all. 200 m from the apartment was a bus stop and a supermarket.

The apartment has an amazing view on the sea from a large private terrace. A five minute walk takes you to the nearest supermarket and a busstop to the city center. The apartment is a bit noisy because of thin walls, but it did not bother us much. The accomodation was good and we had everything we needed.

The owners were very nice and helpful. Me and my girlfriend stayed for 12 days and we had a great time. During our stay we often went to the sea to swim (3 min. walk) and to do some sunbathing, or we went to the center of Split. The city center is impressive and has a lot to offer; restaurants, bars, museums, scooter and rental etc. From there it is also very easy to take a ferry to visit one of the many islands.

We really recommend this apartment. And if you stay for a long time, I'll advise to rent a car or take your own car. Although spending most days at the beach was very relaxing for us, we regret we could not visit all the other nice spots in Croatia; we came by plane and all cars were rented out during our stay.
