The reservation process is initiated by sending a booking request once you have chosen a desired apartment on our website. At this point we will check the availability of the apartment which especially in high season is very dynamic, or help you find an apartment other than the ones we have listed. Once this is cleared, you will pay a booking deposit in the amount of 25% from the price of your stay, using the secure online payment option provided by PayPal. For bookings of 3 days and less, deposit amount equals the amount of a daily price for given period. This makes your reservation official.

Once you're at Split, you can contact the owner of the apartment if you have any problems. In some cases, the owner can meet you at the bus or train station, airport or ferry port, depending on your choice of transportation. If you're driving to Split or you can find your way to the accommodation on your own, he will meet you at the apartment, where you will exchange keys.

Arrival time is after noon, and departure is time is by 11 AM. Included in the price of the apartment are: water, electricity and gas usage. Also, every apartment has linen and towels at your disposal. Cleaning up after your departure is included in the price. Current price is always displayed on the website.

No fee will be charged if you cancel up to 15 days before your date of arrival. Booking deposit will be withheld if you cancel later, or in case you don't show up.
